A complete copy of the agenda for the meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment
Agency was posted at 4:15 p.m. on October 23, 1987 at the Civic Center kiosk,
containing all items as shown herein.
Chairman Bay called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency to
order at 1:41 p.m.
MINUTES: Agency Member Kaywood moved to approve the minutes of the regular
meeting held July 28, 1987. Agency Member Pickler seconded the motion.
MOTION CARRIED.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY in the amount of
69,346.89, in accordance with the 1987-88 Budget, were approved.
CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS: On motion by Agency Member Kaywood, seconded by
"'"°" Agency Member Bay, the following actions were authorized in accordance with
the reports and recommendations furnished each Agency Member and as listed on
the Consent Calendar Agenda:
1. 161/123: Authorizing the Second Amendment to Cooperation Agreement No. 28
with the City, for widening and construction of public improvements to
Broadway, Harbor, Chestnut and Clementine, increasing the price to a new total
of $2,600,000 due to change orders in the amount of $300,000, for right of way
and public improvements.
