A complete copy of the agenda for the meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment
Agency was posted at 11:30 p.m. on November 6, 1987 at the Civic Center kiosk,
containing all items as shown herein.
Chairman Bay called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency to
order at 1:40 p.m.
MINUTES: Approval of the minutes was deferred to the next regular meeting.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY in the amount of
621,535.54, in accordance with the 1987-88 Budget, were approved.
CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS: On motion by Agency Member Kaywood, seconded by
Agency Member Bay, the following actions were authorized in accordance with
,~,, the reports and recommendations furnished each Agency Member and as listed on
the Consent Calendar Agenda:
1. 161.128: Receiving and filing the Financial Report dated September 30,
1987.
2. 161.158: Authorizing the Executive Director to make payment to James A.
Germinaro, dba Germinaro's Mobile Service, 1199 East Lincoln Avenue, in the
amount of $69,000 for loss of goodwill business.
3. 161.123: Authorizing the Executive Director to execute an agreement with
AT&T Information Systems Inc., at a cost of $1,121 per month, with one time
charges of $5,229 for purchase of software packages and cabling and $5,686
installation charge, to lease the System 25 Phone System, for a term of 72
months.
4. 161.123: Authorizing a Standard Office Lease with Cal America Capital
Corporation at a cost of $8,013.60 per month to rent office space at 300 South
Harbor Boulevard (Bank of America Building), for the term of five years,
commencing on January 1, 1988.
