A coreplete copy of the agenda for the meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment
Agency was posted at 2:30 p.m. on November 25, 1987 at the Civic Center kiosk,
containing all items as shown herein.
Chairman Bay called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency to
order at 6:35 p.m.
MINUTES: Agency Member Kaywood moved to approve the minutes of the regular
meetings held October 20 and November 3, 1987. Agency Member Hunter seconded
the motion. Agency Member Ehrle was absent. MOTION CARRIED.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY in the amount of
30,210.29 and for the period ending November 20, 1987 and $38,493.97 for the
"~ period ending November 25, 1987, in accordance with the 1987-88 Budget, were
approved.
CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS: On motion by Agency Member Bay, seconded by Agency
Member Kaywood, the following actions were authorized in accordance with the
reports and recommendations furnished each Agency Member and as listed on the
Consent Calendar Agenda:
1. 161: Receiving and filing the Monthly Status Report for October 1987.
2. 161.128: Receiving and filing the Financial Report dated October 31, 1987.
3. 161.123: Authorizing an exclusive Negotiation Agreement with Raymond and
Connie Masciel for the development of Parcel 5, located on the northeast
corner of Anaheim Boulevard and Lincoln Avenue, in the Redevelopment Project
Alpha area, to construct a 2-story office building, for a term of 90 days.
End of Consent Calendar. Agency Member Ehrle was absent. MOTION CARRIED.
ITEMS OF PUBLIC INTEREST:
No items of public interest were addressed.
ADJOURNMENT: Agency Member Kaywood moved to adjourn. Agency Member Pickler
seconded the motion. Agency Member Ehrle was absent. MOTION CARRIED.
