Sohl ASSISTANT EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT: Lisa Stipkovich A complete copy of the agenda for the meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency was posted at 3:00 p.m. on January 8, 1988 at the Civic Center kiosk, containing all items as shown herein. Chairman Bay called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency to order at 1:40 p.m. MINUTES: Agency Member Kaywood moved to approve the minutes of the regular meeting held December 15, 1987. Agency Member Bay seconded the motion. MOTION CARRIED. FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY in the amount of in accor ance with the 19 - Budget, were approved. 161.121: HEARING - CONDEMNATION OF REAL PROPERTY WITHIN REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT ALPHe AREA - 220 AND 224 NORTH OLIVE STREET (KILMER): To consider whether a resolution determining the public interest and necessity for acquiring and authorizing the condemnation of certain real property generally located at 220 and 224 North Olive should be adopted and the law firm of Oliver Stoever & Laskin authorized to proceed. Submitted was report dated December 29, 1987 from Norm Priest, Executive Director of Community Development, recommending that the Agency adopt the proposed resolution. Chairman Bay asked if anyone was present to speak to the proposed condemnation; there 'was no response. Chairman Bay closed the Public Hearing. City Attorney, Jack White. The Agency has the testimony and evidence received in connection with the public hearings on the adoption of the Redevelopment Plan which evidence and testimony is properly incorporated as part of the hearing and can be used in the Agency's finding in acting upon this matter. Agency Member Kaywood offered Resolution No. ARA88-1 for adoption, finding and determining the public interest and necessity for acquiring and authorizing the condemnation of certain real property within the Redevelopment Pro3ect Area (Kilmer).
