The Acting Secretary called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment
Agency to order at 1:20 p.m. on February 2, 1988 and adjourned same for lack
of a quorum to 6:30 p.m.

COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT:
A cowplete copy of the agenda for the meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment
Agency was posted at 3:00 p.m. on January 29, 1988 at the Civic Center kiosk,
containing all items as shown herein.
Chairman Bay called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency to
order at 6:33 p.m.
MINUTES: Agency Member Kaywood moved to approve the minutes of the regular
meeting held January 12 and January 19, 1988. Agency Member Pickler abstained
on the minutes of January 19, 1988 since he was not present at that meeting.
Agency Member Hunter seconded the motion. MOTION CARRIED.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY in the amount of
'. 1, in accordance with the 1 7- Budget, were approved.
CONSENT CALE.`dDAR ITEMS: On motion by Agency Member Pickler, seconded by
Agency Member Kaywood, the following actions were authorized in accordance
with the reports and recommendations furnished each Agency Member and as
listed on the Consent Calendar Agenda:
1. 161.123/107: Approving a negotiation agreement with Mr. and Mrs. Dirk
Enloe for purchase of lot located at 302 East Cypress Street, (southeast
corner of Cypress and Philadelphia Streets) for the purpose of removal and
relocation of a structure currently located at 108 East Broadway, and
authorizing the Chairman to execute the agreement).
(Public Hearing on the Housemoving Permit scheduled before City Council this
date at 8:00 p.m.)
2. 161.128: Receiving and filing the Financial Statement for the
Redevelopment Agency for period ending 12-31-87.
