Sohl ASSISTANT EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF Lisa Stipkovich Kaywood, Pickler and Bay COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT: A complete copy of the agenda for the meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency was posted at 4:10 p.m. on March 11, 1988 at the Civic Center kiosk, containing all items as shown herein. Chairman Bay called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency to order at 1:43 p.m. MINUTES: Agency Member Kaywood moved to approve the minutes of the regular meeting held March 1, 1988. Agency Member Hunter seconded the motion. MOTION rARR TED . FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY in the amount of 92,356.26, in accordance with the 1987-88 Budget, were approved. ITEMS OF PUBLIC INTEREST: No items of public interest were addressed. RECESS: On motion by Agency Member Bay, seconded by Agency Member Kaywood, the Redevelopment Agency meeting was recessed to 3:U0 p.m. MOTION CARRIED. (1:45 p.m.) Chairman Bay reconvened the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency for a Joint Public Hearing with the City Council at 3:10 p.m. 170/155/179: JOINT PUBLIC HEARING - DISPOSITION AND DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT MEY~R INVESTI°fENT PROPERTIES, IIdC.: To consider the approval of a proposed Third Amendment to the Disposition and Development Agreement with Meyer Investment Properties, Inc. which provides for revised terms and conditions for the sale of certain real property, upon which has been constructed a first-class office building and parking structure on property located within the Project Alpha area, and is bounded by Harbor Boulevard, Lincoln Avenue, Lemon Street and Broadway. PUBLIC NOTICE REQUIRET~NTS PiET BY: Publication in the Anaheim Bulletin February 29 and March 8, 1988. STAFF INPUT: Submitted was report dated March 8, 1988 from the Community Development Department, recommending that the Agency and the Council approve the proposed 88-16 Anaheim Civic Center, ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY March 15, 1988, 1:20 P.M. Third Amendment to the Existing Disposition and Development Agreement with Meyer Investment Properties and Anaheim City Center - 1984. The report listed the proposed modifications and included a (Summary Report) analyzing Agency costs and revenues. Mayor/Chairman Bay asked if anyone wished to speak regarding the proposed Third Amendment to the subject agreement; there being no response, he closed the public hearing. Agency Member Bay offered Resolution No. ARA88-8 for adoption, approving the proposed Third Amendment to the existing Disposition and Development Agreement with Meyer Investment Properties and Anaheim City Center. Refer to Resolution Book. RESOLUTION N0. ARA88-8: A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM'REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY APPROVING THE THIRD AMENDMENT TO THE DISPOSITION AND DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY AND MEYER INVESTMENT PROPERTIES,. INC. WAIVER OF READING - RESOLUTION: The title of the following resolution was read by the City Clerk. (Resolution No. 88R-117) Councilman Bay moved to waive the reading in full of the resolution. Councilwoman Kaywood seconded the motion. MOTION CARRIED. Councilman Bay offered Resolution No. 88R-117 for adoption, approving the proposed Third Amendment to the existing Disposition and Development Agreement with Meyer Investment Properties and Anaheim City Center. RESOLUTION N0. 88R-117: A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE THIRD AMENDMENT TO THE DISPOSITION AND DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY AND MEYER INVESTMENT PROPERTIES, INC., WHICH PROVIDES FOR REVISION OF THE PURCHASE PRICE FOR THE SALE OF REAL PROPERTY PURSUANT THERETO, AND MAKING CERTAIN FIbTDINGS WITH RESPECT TO SUCH THIRD AMENDMENT. The Mayor declared Resolution No. 88R-117 duly passed and adopted. Chairman Bay announced that a quorum is not anticipated on March 22, 1988 since some Agency Members will be attending the National League of Cities Annual Conference in Washington, D.C.
