Sohl ASSISTANT EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT: Lisa Stipkovich A complete copy of the agenda for the meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency was posted at 4:30 p.m. on March 25, 1988 at the Civic Center kiosk, containing all items as shown herein. Chairman Bay called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency to order at 1:43 p.m. MINUTES: Agency Member Kaywood moved to approve the minutes of the regular meeting held February 23 and March 8, 1988. Agency Member Hunter seconded the motion. MOTION CARRIED. FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAII3ST THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY in the amount of 19,929.04 for the period ending March 18, 1988 and 143,044.63 for the period ending March 25, 198$, in accordance with the 1987-88 Budget, were approved. CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS: On motion by Agency Member Kaywood, seconded by Agency Member Hunter, the following actions were authorized in accordance with the reports and recommendations furnished each Agency Member and as listed on the Consent Calendar Agenda: 1. Rejecting claim filed against the Redevelopment Agency. a. Claim submitted by Pacific Inland Constructors Corporation for property damage sustained purportedly due to actions of the City on or about February 1, 1988. 2. 161.123: Approving a 60-day extension to the Exclusive Negotiation Agreement for Parcel 5 with Raymond and Connie Masciel. End of Consent Calendar. MOTION CARRIED. ITEMS OF PUBLIC INTEREST: No items of public interest were addressed. ADJOURNMENT: Agency Member Bay moved to adjourn.
