The Acting Secretary called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency to order at 1:20 p.m. on April 5, 1988 and adjourned same for lack of a quorum to o:3U p. m. Sohl ASSISTANT EXECUTIVE llIRECTOR OF COMMUNITY DEVELOPMEN'i: Lisa Stipkovich A complete copy of the agenda for the meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency was posted at 3:15 p.m. on April 1, 1988 at the Civic Center kiosk, containing all items as shown herein. Chairman Bay called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency to order at 6:40 p. m. MINUTES: Approval of the minutes were deferred to the next regular meeting. FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY in the amount of in accor ance wit t e - Bu get, were approved. CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS: On motion by Agency Member Pickler, seconded by gency em er ay, e following actions were authorized in accordance with the reports and recommendations furnished each Agency Member and as listed on the Consent Calendar Agenda: 1. 118: Rejecting claim filed against the Redevelopment Agency. a. Claim submitted by Paula J. Martin for property damage sustained purportedly due to actions of the City on or about December 18, 19237. 2. 161.1513: Authorizing the City Attorney to pursue unlawful detainer action when the rights of tenants in possession of the subject property have terminated at the Pickwick Hotel. The tenancies of all occupants officially end on April 15, 1988, and since mid-January, relocation advisory services have been provided to all tenants. 3. 151.158: Authorizing payment of relocation claim for Case No. ARA86fi-'iB, which is necessary to provide comparable space and enable the business to continue its operation at a new location. The total is not to exceed $26,750 and includes moving expenses, a payment in lieu of temporary relocation, and other miscellaneous expenses. 4. lti1.158: Authorizing payment of relocation claim for Case No. ARA867-1B, which is necessary to provide comparable space and enable the business to continue its operation at a new location. The report provides an update and description on the Agency's major projects such as Agency General management, Property Services/Acquisition/Relocation, Development Activities, Cooperative Agreements/Public Improvements, and Neighborhood Programs. End of Consent Calendar. MOTIONS CARRIED. ITEMS OF PUBLIC INTEREST: No items of pu lic interest were addressed. ADJOURNMENT: Agency Member Bay moved to adjourn.
