Sohl INTERIM EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF Stipkovich Kaywood, Pickle r, Bay COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT: Lisa A complete copy of the agenda for the meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency was posted at 4:30 p.m. on April 15, 1988, at the Civic Center kiosk, containing all items as shown herein. Chairman Bay called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency to order at 1:40 p. m. MINUTES: Approval of the minutes was deferred to the next regular meeting. FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY in the amount of 311,536.58, in accordance with the 1987-8$ Budget, were approved. CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS: On motion by Agency Member Bay, seconded by Agency ,~,., Member Picicler, the following actions were authorized in accordance with the reports and recommendations furnished each Agency Member and as listed on the Consent Calendar Agenda: 1. 161.157: Approving the following developers to participate in "Step II-Design of the Master Developer selection process for Agency Parcels 14, 22 and 4d: (1) William Brasher/Lusk Company, (2) IDM, (3) Kaufman and Broad, (4) •Lincoln Properties Company, (5) Linpro Company. Chairman Bay wanted assurance that the RFP's (Request for Proposals) will go out immediately; City Manager Bob Simpson stated he had already checked with Mrs. Stipkovich and that will happen. 2. 161.158: Authorizing payment of the relocation claim for Case No. AKA 868-TB which is necessary to provide comparable space and enable the business to continue its operations at a new location. The total is not to exceed $42,000 and includes moving expenses, a tenant improvement allowance, a payment in lieu of temporary relocation, and other miscellaneous eligible expenses. 3. 161.1513: Authorizing payment of the relocation claim for Case No. ARA 869-TB which is necessary to provide comparable space and enable the business to continue its operations at a new location. The total is not to exceed $21,925 and includes moving expenses, a tenant improvement allowance, a payment in lieu of temporary relocation, and other miscellaneous eligible expenses. 88-27 Anaheim Civic Center, ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY April 19, 1988, 1:20 P.M.
