Sohl INTERIM EXECUTIVE DIERCTOR OF COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT: Lisa Stipkovich A complete copy of the agenda for the meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency was posted at 4:OU p.m. on May 6, 1988 at the Civic Center kiosk, containing all items as shown herein. Chairman Bay called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency to order at 1:35 p.m. MINUTES: Approval of the minutes was deferred to the next regular meeting. FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY in the amount of 1,406,350.04, in accordance with the 1987-88 Budget, were approved. CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS: On motion by Agency Member Bay, seconded by Agency ---- Member Hunter, the following actions were authorized in accordance with the reports and recommendations furnished each Agency Member and as listed on the Consent Calendar Agenda: 1. 161.128: Receiving and filing Project Alpha combined balance sheet - all funds report dated March 31, 1988. 2. 161.137.123: Approving an agreement employing Jones Hall Hill & White as Bond Counsel regarding the sale of Redevelopment Project Alpha Tax Allocation Bonds, Series 1988 E, for the purpose of various public improvements, and authorizing the Chairman to sign said agreement. Approving an agreement employing Stone & Youngberg as Financial Advisor to the Redevelopment Agency regarding the sale of the 1988 Tax Allocation Bonds. End of Consent Calendar. MOTION CARRIED 161.162: EVENTS AT FREEDMAN FORUM: On motion by Agency Member Hunter, seconded by Agency Member Pickier, the request of King of California, to waive on a one-time basis, and permit two non-theatrical events at the Freedman Forum (Broadway and 42nd Streets), was approved for: (1) June 4, 1988, to allow kick boxing and (2) June 10, 1988, to allow professional wrestling. Neither of the requested uses are specifically stipulated in the Grant Deed. MOTION CARRIED.
