A complete copy of the agenda for the meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment
Agency was posted at 3:10 p.m. on June 3, 1988 at the Civic Center kiosk,
containing all items as shown herein.
Chairman Bay called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency to
order at 6:44 p.m.
MINUTES: Approval of the minutes was deferred to the next regular meeting.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY in the amount of
$41,822.54, in accordance with the 1987-88 Budget, were approved.
CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS: The following action was authorized in accordance
.. with the reports and recommendations furnished each Agency Member and as
listed on the Consent Calendar Agenda. Agency Member Pickler offered
Resolution No. ARA88-10 for adoption. Refer to Resolution Book.
RESOLUTION N0. ARA88-10: A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
REQUESTING REALLOCATIONS OF FUNDS FROM THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT FINANCE AUTHORITY
AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING CERTAIN ACTIONS WITH RESPECT THERETO AND WITH
RESPECT TO THE SALE AND ISSUANCE OF TAX ALLOCATION BONDS OF THE AGENCY.

ITEMS OF PUBLIC INTEREST:
Mr. Scott Camp, :1617 West Park Circle, Orange, Ca. y2668. He and his family
are trying to find a neighborhood to live in in Orange County and they are
looking to Anaheim. The Agency is about to make a decision relative to master
developers. He urged the Agency to consider those that are going to provide
single family housing instead of high-density proposals.
