A complete copy of the agenda for the meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment
Agency was posted at 3:09 p.m. on June 17, 1988 at the Civic Center kiosk,
containing all items as shown herein.
Chairman Bay called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency to
order at 1:44 p.m.
MINUTES: Agency Member Kaywood moved to approve the minutes of the regular
meetings held May 10 and May 17, 1988. Agency Member Bay seconded the
motion. MOTION CARRIED.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY in the amount of
80,813.66, in accordance with the 1987-88 Budget, were approved.
.-- CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS: On motion by Agency Member Bay, seconded by Agency
Member Kaywood, the following action was authorized in accordance with the
reports and recommendations furnished each Agency Member and as listed on the
Consent Calendar Agenda:
1. 161.123: Approving a renewal agreement for an unsecured line of credit
with First Interstate Bank of California in the maximum amount of $5,000,000
to insure that the Agency has available funds to draw against, and authorizing
the Executive Director to execute the agreement on behalf of the Agency.
End of Consent Calendar. MOTION CARRIED.
