A complete copy of the agenda for the meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment
Agency was posted at 4:00 p.m. on September 16, 1988 at the Civic Center
kiosk, containing all items as shown herein.
Chairman Bay called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency to
order at 1:30 p.m.
MINUTES: Approval of the minutes was deferred to the next regular meeting.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY in the amount of
$221,82b.42 and $2,206,112.24 in Redevelopment Series D Bonds, in accordance
with the 1988-89 Budget, were approved.
CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS: On motion by Agency Member Ehrle, seconded by Agency
""' Member Pickler, the following actions were authorized in accordance with the
reports and recommendations furnished each Agency Member and as listed on the
Consent Calendar Agenda. Agency Member Ehrle offered Resolution No. ARA88-22
for adoption. Refer to Resolution Book.
1. 161.123: Approving an amendment to the agreement with ELS/ELBASANI &
LOGAN, ARCHITECTS, increasing the maximum compensation for architectural and
urban design services by $110,000 to cover services not previously
contemplated, and authorizing the Chairman and Secretary to execute said
Amendment to Agreement.
2. 161.114: RESOLUTION N0. ARA88-22: A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM
REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY APPOINTING BOB D. SIMPSON AS EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF THE
ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY.
