MINUTES: Approval of the minutes was deferred to the next regular meeting.
FTNANCTAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY in the amount of
$222,609.93, in accordance with the 1988-89 Budget, were approved.
161 123• REDEVELOPMENT TAX ALLOCATION FINANCING - S92.5 MILLION: Agency
Member Hunter offered Resolution No. ARA88-23 for adoption, approving and
authorizing the execution and delivery of a supplement to Loan Agreement in
connection with the Redevelopment Tax Allocation Financing - $92.5 Million as
recommended in joint memorandum dated September 27, 1988 from the Community
Development Director, Agency/City Treasurer and Finance Director. Refer to
Resolution Book.
RESOLUTION N0. ARA88-23: A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION AND DELIVERY OF A SUPPLEMENT TO LOAN
AGREEMENT.

The Chairman declared Resolution No. ARA88-23 duly passed and adopted.
MOTION: Agency Member Hunter (1) moved to approve and authorize the five year
agreement to provide rebate calculation services, by our bond counsel, Jones
Hall Hill ~ White in regard to the Redevelopment Tax Allocation Financing -
$92 Million and (2) authorize the Agency Treasurer to execute and issue any
and all certificates necessary to accomplish the investments. Agency Member
Ehrle seconded the motion. MOTION CARRIED.
