A complete copy of the agenda for the meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment
Agency was posted at 9:30 a.m. on November 23, 1988 at the Civic Center kiosk,
containing all items as shown herein.
Chairman Bay called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency to
order at 1:31 p.m.
MINUTES: Agency Member Kaywood moved to approve the minutes of the regular
meetings held October 25, November 1 and November 8, 1988. Agency Member
Pickler seconded the motion. MOTION CARRIED.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY in the amount of
$19,076.84 for the period ending November 18, 1988 and $82,656.75 for the
period ending November 23, 1988, in accordance with the 1988-89 Budget, were
approved.
161.123: FIRST AMENDMENT - NEGOTIATION AGREEMENT - BRETON D. AND LAUREL J.
ENROE: Submitted was report dated November 16, 1988 from the Community
Development Department, recommending approval of the subject amendment.
Agency Member Pickler moved to approve the First Amendment to the Negotiation
Agreement with Breton D. and Laurel J. Enloe, to extend the formal negotiation
period until December 31, 1988, for completion of items needed to finish
preparing the Disposition and Development Agreement; and authorizing the
Chairman and Secretary to execute the document as recommended in report dated
November 16, 1988. Agency Member Ehrle seconded the motion. MOTION CARRIED.

ADJOURNMENT: Agency Member Bay moved to adjourn. Agency Member Kaywood
