Sohl A complete copy of the agenda for the meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency was posted at 3:30 p.m. on December 16, 1988 at the Civic Center kiosk, containing all items as shown herein. Chairman Hunter called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency to order at 1:40 p.m. MINUTES: Approval of the minutes was deferred to the next regular meeting. FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY in the amount of $1,704,808.43, in accordance with the 1988-89 Budget, were approved. CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS: On motion by Agency Member Pickler, seconded by Agency Member Kaywood, the following actions were authorized in accordance with the reports and recommendations furnished each Agency Member and as listed on the Consent Calendar Agenda. Agency Member Pickler offered Resolution No. ARA88-25 for adoption. Refer to Resolution Book. 1. 161.123: Approving the Preliminary Drawing Package for Parcel 5 (located on the northeast corner of Lincoln Avenue and Anaheim Boulevard) based upon the recommended conditions of approval; and approving the preliminary landscape plan prepared by the Agency for the Claudina Street area proposed for abandonment. 2. 161.114: RESOLUTION N0. ARA88-25: A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO THE BY-LAWS OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY CONCERNING REGULAR MEETING TIMES. Roll Call Vote: AYES: AGENCY MEMBERS: Daly, Ehrle, Pickler, Kaywood and Hunter NOES: AGENCY MEMBERS: None ABSENT: AGENCY MEMBERS: None The Chairman declared Resolution No. ARA88-25 duly passed and adopted. Sohl The following is an excerpt of said meeting as recorded in Book marked "Records of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency": 114: NO COUNCIL MEETINGS DURING THE HOLIDAYS: City Clerk Sohl pointed out that public hearings were being set for December and it was necessary to know if meetings were going to be heard on certain dates. After a brief Council discussion, Councilman Pickler moved that the Council meetings scheduled for December 27, 1988 and January 3, 1989 be cancelled due to the holidays.
