A complete copy of the agenda for the meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment
Agency was posted at 4 :15 p.m. on February 17, 1989 at the Civic Center kiosk,
containing all items as shown herein.
Chairman Hunter called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency
to order at 5:47 p.m.
MINUTES: Approval of the minutes was deferred to the next regular meeting.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY in the amount of
$16,270.62, in accordance with the 1988 -89 Budget, were approved.
161.123: FOURTH AMENDMENT - DISPOSITION AND DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT - MEYER
INVESTMENT PROPERTIES: Approving a Fourth Amendment to the Disposition and
Development agreement with Meyer Investment Properties, Inc., Anaheim City
Center Properties, Ltd., Anaheim City Center - 1984, and Richard J. Meyer
pertaining to parcels eight and nine on the northeast corner of Broadway and
Harbor Boulevard.
This item was withdrawn by staff this time to be rescheduled at a later date.
