Sohl DIRECTOR OF COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT: Lisa Stipkovich A complete copy of the agenda for the meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency was posted at 3:50 p.m. on April 28, 1989 at the Civic Center kiosk, containing all items as shown herein. Chairman Hunter called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency to order at 5:40 p.m. MINUTES: Agency Member Kaywood moved to approve the minutes of the regular meeting held April 4, 1985. Agency Member Daly seconded the motion. MOTION CARRIED. FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY in the amount of $750,751.79, in accordance with the 1988 -89 Budget, were approved. CLOSED SESSION: City Attorney Jack White requested a Closed Session to consider the following items: a. To confer with its attorney regarding pending litigation pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(a) to wit: ARA vs Robert Inabinette, Orange County Superior Court Case No. 56- 48 -86. (Held in conjunction with City Council Closed Session at 4 :00 p.m.) 161.123: REQUEST TO ALLOW NON- THEATRICAL EVENTS AT FREEDMAN FORUM: This matter was continued from the meeting of April 25, 1989, to this date. Submitted were reports dated April 13, 1989 from the Community Development Department. Jim Woodin, Freedman Forum (Celebrity Theatre) clarified that their request included a 3rd date for professional boxing which was not included on the agenda. Lisa Stipkovich, Director of Community Development, confirmed that July 19, 1989 had also been requested. Councilman Pickler moved to (1) approve the request from King of California to allow on a onetime basis, Muay Thai Kick - boxing, a non - theatrical event, to be held on Friday, June 9, 1989, at the Freedman Forum and (2) approve the request from King of California to allow professional boxing, a non - theatrical event, to be held on three Wednesdays, July 19, September 20, and December 6, 1989, at the Freedman Forum.
