A complete copy of the agenda for the meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment
Agency was posted at 3:00 p.m. on May 12, 1989 at the Civic Center kiosk,
containing all items as shown herein.
Chairman Hunter called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency
to order at 5:45 p.m.
MINUTES: Agency Member Kaywood moved to approve the minutes of the regular
meeting held April 18, 1989. Agency Member Hunter seconded the motion.
MOTION CARRIED.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY in the amount of
$58,164.29, in accordance with the 1988 -89 Budget, were approved.
161.123: AGREEMENT - ECONOMIC CONSULTANT SERVICES - PLAZA SURVEY AREA:
Approving a two year agreement with Linda S. Congleton and Associates (LCA),
in an amount not to exceed $135,000 for economic consultant services in the
Plaza Survey Area, as recommended in report dated May 9, 1989 from the
Community Development Department.
Secretary Sohl announced staff has requested a one -week continuance.
Agency Member Hunter moved to continue the subject agreement for one week to
May 23, 1989. Agency Member Ehrle seconded the motion. MOTION CARRIED.
