Agency was posted at 3:30 p.m. on June 9, 1989 at the Civic Center kiosk,
containing all items as shown herein.
Chairman Hunter called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency
to order at 1:45 p.m.
MINUTES: Approval of the minutes was deferred to the next regular meeting.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY in the amount of
$13,635.45, in accordance with the 1988 -89 Budget, were approved.
161: PLAZA REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT AREA - PRELIMINARY PLAN: Submitted was
report dated June 6, 1989 from the Community Development Department,
recommending approval of the subject Plan.
Agency Member Hunter offered Resolution No. ARA89 -5, receiving the Preliminary
Plan for the Plaza Redevelopment Project; establishing the proposed base year
assessment roll; authorizing transmittal of a map, boundary description and a
statement to taxing officials and agencies; and authorizing payment of a
filing fee to the State Board of Equalization. Refer to Resolution Book.
RESOLUTION N0, ARA89 -5: A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
RECEIVING THE PRELIMINARY PLAN FOR THE PLAZA REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT;
ESTABLISHING THE PROPOSED BASE YEAR ASSESSMENT ROLL; AUTHORIZING THE
TRANSMITTAL OF A MAP, BOUNDARY DESCRIPTION AND A STATEMENT TO TAXING OFFICIALS
AND AGENCIES; AND AUTHORIZING PAYMENT OF A FILING FEE TO THE STATE BOARD OF
EQUALIZATION.
