Sohl DEVELOPMENT & PROPERTY MANAGER: John Buchanan A complete copy of the agenda for the meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency was posted at 3:40 p.m. on June 16, 1989 at the Civic Center kiosk, containing all items as shown herein. Chairman Hunter called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency to order at 5:52 p.m. MINUTES: Agency Member Kaywood moved to approve the minutes of the regular meeting held June 6, 1989. Agency Member Hunter seconded the motion. MOTION CARRIED. FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY in the amount of $17,777.48, in accordance with the 1988 -89 Budget, were approved. �-- 161/119: PRESENTATION - SPECIAL AWARD - ART IN PUBLIC PLACES: Chairman of the Anaheim Arts Council, Donna Berry on behalf of the Arts Council presented a special award to the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency in recognition of outstanding community support of Art in Public Places. A Certificate of Recognition was also presented to the Agency signed by Curt Pringle, Member of the California Legislature Assembly (72nd District) also recognizing the Agency's community support of Art in Public Places. Chairman Hunter accepted the awards on behalf of the Agency and asked that the awards be housed at the Agency's offices. 161.123: ANAHEIM CITY CENTER PHASE II. PARCEL "C" - LETTER OF INTENT WITH MEYER ASSET MANAGEMENT. INC.: Agency Member Kaywood moved to approve the Anaheim City Center Phase II Parcel "C" Letter of Intent with Meyer Asset Management Inc., to lease approximately 18,000 square feet of office space for a term of five years, and authorizing the Community Development Director or her designee to negotiate a lease pursuant to the terms and conditions in the Disposition and Development Agreement as recommended in report dated June 13, 1989 from the Community Development Department. Agency Member Pickler seconded the motion. MOTION CARRIED. ITEMS OF PUBLIC INTEREST: No items of public interest were addressed. ADJOURNMENT: Agency Member Hunter moved to adjourn.
