A complete copy of the agenda for the meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment
Agency was posted at 2:00 p.m. on September 29, 1989 at the Civic Center
kiosk, containing all items as shown herein.
Chairman Hunter called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency
to order at 5:34 p.m.
MINUTES: Approval of the minutes was deferred to the next regular meeting.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY in the amount of
$403,488.30, in accordance with the 1989 -90 Budget, were approved.
CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS: On motion by Agency Member Hunter, seconded by Agency
.-� Member Pickler, the following actions were authorized in accordance with the
reports and recommendations furnished each Agency Member and as listed on the
Consent Calendar Agenda:
1. 161.123: Approving an agreement with Kato Landscaping, Inc., at a cost of
approximately $7,000 per month, to provide site maintenance services such as
mowing, and brush and trash removal on Agency property, and authorizing the
Chairman and Secretary to execute said agreement.
Agency Member Kaywood was absent. MOTION CARRIED.
Agency Member Kaywood entered the Council Chamber
ITEMS OF PUBLIC INTEREST:
No items of public interest were addressed.
ADJOURNMENT: Agency Member Hunter moved to adjourn
seconded the motion. MOTION CARRIED. (5:36 p.m.)
