A complete copy of the agenda for the meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment
Agency was posted at 2:45 p.m. on November 3, 1989 at the Civic Center kiosk,
containing all items as shown herein.
Chairman Hunter called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency
to order at 6:00 p.m.
MINUTES: Agency Member Kaywood moved to approve the minutes of the regular
meetings held October 10 and October 17, 1989. Agency Member Pickler seconded
the motion. MOTION CARRIED.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY in the amount of
$579,156.56 for the week ending October 20, 1989; $30,812.25 for the week
ending October 27, 1989; $30,531.18 for the week ending November 3, 1989, in
accordance with the 1989 -90 Budget, were approved.
161.157• FIRST AMENDMENT - REDEVELOPMENT PLAN - RIVER VALLEY REDEVELOPMENT
PROJECT: Submitted was report dated October 13, 1989 from the Community
Development Department.
Agency Member Hunter offered Resolution No. ARA89 -15 for adoption, consenting
to a joint public hearing on the proposed First Amendment to the Redevelopment
Plan for the River Valley Redevelopment Project, authorizing the establishment
of a date, time and place therefor, authorizing publication and mailing of
notice of such joint public hearing, and directing the Anaheim Community
Redevelopment Commission to submit the proposed First Amendment to the
Planning Commission. Refer to Resolution Book.
RESOLUTION N0, ARA89 -15: A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
CONSENTING TO A JOINT PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED FIRST AMENDMENT TO THE
REDEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR THE RIVER VALLEY REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT, AUTHORIZING THE
ESTABLISHMENT OF A DATE, TIME AND PLACE THEREFOR, AUTHORIZING PUBLICATION AND
MAILING OF NOTICE OF SUCH JOINT PUBLIC HEARING, AND DIRECTING THE ANAHEIM
COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION TO SUBMIT THE PROPOSED FIRST AMENDMENT TO
THE PLANNING COMMISSION.
