Chairman Seymour called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment
Agency to order.
MINUTES On motion by Mrs. Kaywood, seconded by Mr. Roth, minutes of
the regular meetings held December 26, 1978 and January 9, 1979 were
approved. MOTION CARRIED.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAI NST THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY in the
amount of $21,480.28, in accordance with the 1978 -79 Budget, were
approved.
161: MONTHLY STATUS REPORT - DECEMBER 1978 On motion by Mr. Kott,
seconded by Mrs. Kaywood, Status Report covering Redevelopment activi-
ties for the month of December 1978 was ordered and filed.
MOTION CARRIED.
161.123: FIRST AMENDMENT TO PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT - ALAN AND LA DEL
CLENDENEN (CAHEN HOUSE) On report and recommendation by the Executive
Director, Mr. Kott offered Resolution No. ARA79 -6 for adoption, approv-
ing the first amendment to the Participation Agreement with Alan and
La Del Clendenen for restoration and rehabilitation improvements to
the Cahen house located at Vine and Cypress Streets, extending the com-
pletion date to January 3, 1980. Refer to Resolution Book.
RESOLUTION NO. ARA79 -6 : A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF A FIRST AMENDMENT TO
PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT WITH ALAN AND LA DEL CLENDENEN AND AUTHORIZING
AND DIRECTING THE CHAIRMAN AND SECRETARY TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT.

offered Resolution No. ARA79 -7 for adoption. Refer to Resolution
Book.
RESOLUTION NO. ARA79 -7 : A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY DIRECTING THE FILING AND POSTING OF PREVAILING RATES OF PER
DIEM WAGES PERTAINING TO PUBLIC WORKS.

161.158: RELOCATION CLAIM REPORTS Mrs. Kaywood moved that on those
occasions when there are no relocation claims pending over a ninety -
day period, the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency agenda will reflect an
item, "Relocation claims pending over a ninety -day period - none."
Mr. Seymour seconded the motion. MOTION CARRIED.
