Chairman Seymour called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment
Agency to order.
MINUTES On motion by Mr. Kott, seconded by Mr. Overholt, minutes of
the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency regular meetings held February 13 and
20, 1979, were approved. MOTION CARRIED.
FINANCIAL D AGAINST THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY in the
amount of """%
$859,647.68, in accordance with the 1978 -79 Budget, were
approved.
161.128: FINANCIAL STATEMENTS, JANUARY 31, 1979 On motion by Mr. Kott,
seconded by Mr. Roth, Redevelopment Agency Financial Statements for
Redevelopment Project Alpha were ordered received and filed, as recom-
mended by the Executive Director. MOTION CARRIED.
161.158: RELOCATION COSTS - CASE NO. 206 -TB On motion by Mr. Kott,
seconded by Mr. Overholt, payment of relocation costs was authorized
in an amount not to exceed $163,000 in Case No. 206 -TB, as recommended
by the Executive Director. MOTION CARRIED.
161.158: RELOCATION COSTS - CASE NO. 457 -TB On motion by Mr. Kott,
seconded by Mrs. Kaywood, payment of relocation costs was authorized
in an amount not to exceed $28,000 in Case No. 457 -TB, as recommended
by the Executive Director. MOTION CARRIED.
ADJOURNMENT There being no further business to come before the Anaheim
Redevelopment Agency, Mr. Kott moved to adjourn. Mr. Overholt seconded
the motion. MOTION CARRIED.
