Hopkins SECRETARY: Linda D. Roberts EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR: Norman J. Priest Chairman Seymour called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency to order. MINUTES: On motion by Mrs. Kaywood, seconded by Mr. Overholt, minutes o tTe regular meeting held March 6, 1979, were approved. MOTION CARRIED. FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY in the amount of $215,287.96, in accordance with the 1978 -79 Budget, were approved. 161.107: FINAL ACCEPTANCE, DEMOLITION AND SITE CLEARANCE - CONTRACT NO. D78 -4 : In accordance with the certificate filed by the Executive Director, Mr. Kott offered Resolution No. ARA79 -17 for adoption. Refer to Resolution Book. RESOLUTION NO. ARA79 -17 A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY ACCEPTING THE COMPLETION AND FURNISHING OF ALL PLANT, LABOR, SERVICES, MATERIALS AND EQUIPMENT AND ALL UTILITIES AND TRANSPORTA- TION INCLUDING POWER, FUEL AND WATER, AND THE PERFORMANCE OF ALL WORK NECESSARY TO COMPLETE A WORK OF IMPROVEMENT. (Contract No. D78 -4) Roll Call Vote: AYES: AGENCY MEMBERS: Overholt, Kaywood, Kott, Roth and Seymour NOES: AGENCY MEMBERS: None ABSENT: AGENCY MEMBERS: None Chairman Seymour declared Resolution No. ARA79 -17 duly passed and ANow adopted. 79 -31 Anaheim Redevelopment Agency, March 13, 1979, 1 :00 P.M. 161.158: RELOCATION COSTS - CASE NO. 0- 464 On motion by Mrs. Kaywood, seconded by Mr. Overholt, payment of relocation costs was authorized in an amount not to exceed $15,500 in Case No. 0 -464, as recommended by the Executive Director. MOTION CARRIED. 161.158: RELOCATION COSTS - CASE NO. ARA465 -TB On motion by Mrs. Kaywood, seconded by Mr. Roth, payment of relocation costs was authorized in an amount not to exceed $22,000 in Case No. ARA465 -TB, as recommended by the Executive Director. MOTION CARRIED. 161.158: RELOCATION COSTS - CASE NO. ARA396 -TB On motion by Mr. Roth, seconded by Mr. Seymour, payment of relocation costs was authorized in an amount not to exceed $122,000 in Case No. ARA396 -TB, as recommended by the Executive Director. MOTION CARRIED. 161.123: AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO AGREEMENT - DONALD J. FEARS Mr. Priest reported on proposed amendment to agreement with Donald J. Fears for architectural services, to allow preparation of building floor plans for the E1 Camino Bank building, in the amount of $500. Mrs. Kaywood offered Resolution No. ARA79 -18 for adoption. Refer to Resolution Book. RESOLUTION NO. ARA79 -18 A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE FIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT WITH DONALD J. FEARS AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CHAIRMAN AND SECRETARY TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT. Roll Call Vote: AYES: AGENCY MEMBERS: Overholt, NOES: AGENCY MEMBERS: None ABSENT: AGENCY MEMBERS: None Kaywood, Kott, Roth and Seymour Chairman Seymour declared Resolution No. ARA79 -18 duly passed and adopted. 161.107: CHANGE ORDER NO. 1 CONTRACT NO. D78 -8 In accordance with recommendation by the Executive Director, Mr. Seymour moved that Change Order No. 1, Contract No. D78 -8, for additional removal work by Wilkinson Construction in connection with said contract, in the amount of $2,960, be approved, bringing the total contract price payable to Agency to $22,040. Mr. Overholt seconded the motion. MOTION CARRIED. 161.158: RELOCATION COSTS - CASE NO. 0 -470 On motion by Mr. Kott, seconded by Mr. Roth, payment of relocation costs was authorized in an amount not to exceed $15,500 in Case No. 0 -470, as recommended by the Executive Director. MOTION CARRIED. 79 -32 Anaheim Redevelopment Agency, March 13, 1979, 1 :00 P.M. 161.172: HARBOR CENTER TRAFFIC STUDY: In response to question by Mr. Kott, Mr. Priest advised he expected to present the Traffic Study for Harbor Center next week.
