Chairman Seymour called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Rede-
velopment Agency to order.
MINUTES On motion by Mr. Overholt, seconded by Mrs. Kaywood,
minutes of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency regular meetings held
April 17 and 24, 1979, were approved. MOTION CARRIED.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY in the
amount of $64,587.27, in accordance with the 1978 -79 Budget, were
approved.
161: MONTHLY STATUS REPORT - APRIL 1979 At the request of
Mr. Bay, Mr. Priest briefly reported on projected construction
and December 1979 completion of the Miraloma Storm Drain project.
On motion by Mrs. Kaywood, seconded by Mr. Overholt, the Monthly
Status Report covering Redevelopment activities for the month of
April 1979, was ordered received and filed. MOTION CARRIED.
161.128: FINANCIAL STATEMENTS - PERIOD ENDING APRIL 30, 1.979
On motion by Mr. Overholt, seconded by Mr. Bay, Redevelopment
Agency Financial Statements for Redevelopment Project Alpha were
ordered received and filed, as recommended by the Executive Director.
MOTION CARRIED.
161.107: TERMINATION OF AGREEMENT, CONTRACT NO. D78 -8 - WILKINSON
CONSTRUCTION CO .: Upon report and recommendation by the Executive
Director, Mrs. Kaywood offered Resolution No. ARA79 -46 for adoption.
In response to question by Mr. Seymour, Mr. Priest reported that
the demolition work had not been completed; the contractor had
been notified in writing of the concern over the work progress and
had subsequently met with Redevelopment staff members; further, the
contractor had acknowledged receipt of a written Notice of Inten-
tion to Terminate on May 10, 1979, providing ten days to complete
the work, however the work has not been completed.

RESOLUTION NO. ARA79 -46 A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOP-
MENT AGENCY AUTHORIZING THE TERMINATION AND CANCELLATION OF
CONTRACT NO. D78 -8 WITH WILKINSON CONSTRUCTION AND AUTHORIZING
REBIDDING OF THE UNCOMPLETED WORK REQUIRED BY THE TERMS OF
CONTRACT NO. D78 -8 IF BONDING COMPANY WILL NOT COMPLETE THE WORK.
