ment Agency to order.

FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT A GENCY were approved
as follows: for the period ending July 6, 1979, $225.00 in.accordance
with the 1979 -80 Budget; for the period ending July 13, 1979, $68,019.37
in accordance with the 1979 -80 Budget; and for the period ending July 1-''" "`
1979 $497,631.48 in accordance with the 1978 -79 Budget.
161: MONTHLY STATUS REPORT - JUNE 1979 On motion by Mrs. Kaywood,
seconded by Mr. Overholt, the Monthly Status Report covering Redevelop-
ment activities for the month of June 1979, was ordered received and
filed. MOTION CARRIED.
161.123: DONAHUE & COMPANY, INC. - MAXIMUM COMPENSATION INCREASE
In accordance with the recommendations by the Executive Director,
Mr. Overholt offered Resolution No. ARA79 -69 for adoption. Refer to
Resolution Book.

RESOLUTION NO. ARA79 -70 A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF AN AGREEMENT WITH GENE G.
MAHAFFEY AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CHAIRMAN AND SECRETARY TO
EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT. (Technical Assistance: Demolition and Site
Improvements)

161.118: CLAIM AGAINST THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY: On motion
by Mrs. Kaywood, seconded by Mr. Bay, claim submitted by Ron Wilkinson,
dba Wilkinson Construction Co., for damages sustained purportedly as
a result of breach of contract by the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency
on or about May 29, 1979, was denied and referred to Redevelopment
Agency staff for investigation, as recommended by the Redevelopment
Agency Counsel. MOTION CARRIED.
