Hopkins SECRETARY: Linda D. Roberts EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR: Norman J. Priest Chairman Seymour called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Rede- velopment Agency to order. MINUTES On motion by Mr. Roth, seconded by Mrs. Kaywood, minutes of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency regular meeting held October 2, 1979, were approved. MOTION CARRIED. FINANCIAL ] amount of $18,959. approved. AGAINST THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY in the 88, in accordance with the 1979 -80 Budget, were 161.157: FINAL CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS - ROBERT BENTLEY PROPERTY Approval of final construction drawings for the Robert Bentley property located at the northeast corner of Lincoln Avenue and Harbor Boulevard was continued from the meeting of October 9, 1979. Executive Director Norman Priest pointed out that the proposed development was to be the new home of the El Camino Bank and its corporate headquarters. Mr. Waterman, representing Brian Janette, Architect for the pro- posed development, presented an architectural rendering and advised that the proposed two -story development would be brick construction, and would commence prior to the end of the year, to be completed in less than one year. Mr. Priest further reported that the Lincoln Avenue realignment would be completed in September of 1980. Mr. Roth moved that final construction drawings for the development under owner- participation agreement with Robert Bentley be approved. Mr. Overholt seconded the motion. MOTION CARRIED. 79 -124 ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OCTOBER 16 1979 1:00 P.M. 161.158: RELOCATION COSTS - CASE N0. 0 -540: On motion by Mrs. Kay - wood, seconded by Mr. Overholt, payment of relocation costs was authorized in an amount not exceed $17,000 in Case No. 0 -540, as recommended by the Executive Director. MOTION CARRIED. 161.123: EXTENSION TO AGREEMENT - HARRY ZEVIN: In accordance with report and recommendation by the Executive Director, it was moved by Mrs. Kaywood, seconded by Mr. Roth, that the City Attorney be directed to prepare a 45 -day extension to Exclusive Right to Negotiate Agreement with Harry Zevin for the development of a theater to be located on Broadway between Claudina and Philadlphia Streets. MOTION CARRIED. ADJOURNMENT There being no further business to come before the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency, Mrs. Kaywood moved to adjourn. Mr. Bay seconded the motion. MOTION CARRIED.
