Chairman Seymour called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelop-
ment Agency to order.
MINUTES On motion by Mrs. Kaywood, seconded by Mr. Roth, minutes
of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency regular meetings held November 27
and December 4, 1979, were approved. Mr. Seymour abstained from
voting on the November 27, 1979, minutes. Mr. Overholt was absent. ....
MOTION CARRIED.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY in the
amount of $181,226.40, in accordance with the 1979 -80 Budget, were
approved.
161.107: CHANGE ORDER NO. 1, CONTRACT NO. D79 -20 In accordance
with the recommendation by the Executive Director, Mr. Roth moved
that Change Order No. 1, Contract No. D79 -20, for additional removal
work in connection with alterations to the former George Washington
School structure, necessary for the realignment of Lincoln Avenue,
in the amount of $2,544.95, be approved, bringing the original con-
tract price to $151,344.95; Means and Ulrich, Contractors. Mrs. Kay -
wood seconded the motion. Mr. Overholt was absent. MOTION CARRIED.
161.107: AWARD OF CONTRACT_ NO. D79 -23 - DEMOLITION, SITE.CLEARANCE
AND BUILDING MODIFICATION: Pursuant to recommendation by the Execu-
tive Director, Mr. Bay offered Resolution No. ARA79 -114 for adoption.

Chairman Seymour declared Resolution No. ARA79 -114 duly passed and
adopted.
116.118: CLAIM AGAINST THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY: On motion
by Mr. Roth, seconded by Mrs. Kaywood, claim submitted by Pacific
Telephone, Case No. H940 -730U, for damages to underground cable and
the conduit sustained purportedly as a result of activity authorized
by the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency, on or about October 4, 1979, was
denied and referred to staff. Mr. Overholt was absent. MOTION
CARRIED.

ADJOURNMENT There being no further business to come before the
Anaheim Redevelopment Agency, Mr. Bay moved to adjourn. Mrs. Kaywood
seconded the motion. MOTION CARRIED.
