Chairman Seymour called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelop-
ment Agency to order.
MINUTES On motion by Mrs. Kaywood, seconded by Mr. Bay, minutes of
the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency regular meetings held December 11
and 18, 1979, were approved. Mr. Overholt abstained from voting on
the December 18, 1979 minutes. MOTION CARRIED.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY in the
amount of $457,530.64, in accordance with the 1979 -80 Budget, were
approved.
161.159: SCHEDULE OF PREVAILING RATES OF PER DIEM WAGES - PUBLIC
WORKS PROJECTS In accordance with the recommendations by the
Executive Director, Mr. Roth offered Resolution No. ARA79 -115 for
adoption. Refer to Resolution Book.
RESOLUTION NO. ARA79 -115 A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY DIRECTING THE FILING AND POSTING OF PREVAILING RATES OF PER
DIEM WAGES PERTAINING TO PUBLIC WORKS.

offered Resolution No. ARA79 -116 for adoption pursuant to recom-
mendations by the Executive Director. Refer to Resolution Book.
RESOLUTION NO. ARA79 -116 A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOP-
MENT AGENCY APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF AN AGREEMENT
WITH ANAHEIM LOAN AND JEWELRY COMPANY AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECT-
ING THE CHAIRMAN AND SECRETARY TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT.

161: MONTHLY STATUS REPORT - NOVEMBER 1979 On motion by Mr. Bay,
seconded by Mrs. Kaywood, the Monthly Status Report covering
Redevelopment activities for the month of November 1979, was
ordered received and filed. MOTION CARRIED.
ADJOURNMENT There being no further business to come before the
Anaheim Redevelopment Agency, Mrs. Kaywood moved to adjourn.
Mr. Overholt seconded the motion. MOTION CARRIED.
