Hopkins SECRETARY: Linda D. Roberts EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR: Norman J. Priest Chairman Seymour called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency to order at 1:12 P.M. MINUTES On motion by Mrs. Kaywood, seconded by Mr. Overholt, minutes of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency regular meetings held February 12, March 4 and March 11, 1980, were approved. MOTION CARRIED. OMM FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY in the amount of 18,188.69, in accordance with the 1979 -80 Budget,.were approved. 161.123: FIRST AMENDMENT TO LEASE AGREEMENT - HARBOR CENTER Mr. Seymour moved that the First Amendment to Lease Agreement with the City of Anaheim for lease of real property on the west side of Harbor Boulevard between the City Police Department and the Central Library be approved, extending the term thereof through January 31, 1981, as recommended by the Executive Director. Mrs. Kaywood seconded the motion. MOTION CARRIED. 161.123: FIRST AMENDMENT TO TRAILER LEASE AGREEMENT - PEPSICO BUILDING SYSTEMS, INC. In accordance with recommendations by the Executive Director, Mr. Seymour moved that First Amendment to Trailer Lease Agreement with Pepsico Building Systems, Inc., for the lease of modular buildings for the temporary Harbor Center, be approved, subject to approval by the City of Anaheim of an extension to lease agreement for real property on Harbor Boulevard, and further, that the Chairman and Secretary be authorized to execute said first amendment to trailer lease agreement on behalf of the Agency. .MM Mr. Overholt seconded the motion. MOTION CARRIED. 80 -25 ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY, MARCH 18, 1980, 1 :00 P.M. ADJOURNMENT There being no further business to come before the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency, Mr. Roth moved to adjourn.
