Hopkins SECRETARY: Linda D. Roberts EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR: Norman J. Priest Chairman pro tem Overholt called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency to order at 1 :10 P.M. MINUTES On motion by Mrs. Kaywood, seconded by Mr. Bay, minutes of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency regular meeting held March 25, 1980, were approved. Mr. Seymour was absent. MOTION CARRIED. FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY in the amounts of $189,857.11 through March 21 1980, and $94,467.40 through March 28, 1980, in accordance with the 1979 -80 Budget, were approved. 161.128: On motion by Mr. Bay, secon Agency Financial Statements ordered received and filed, Director. Mr. Seymour was , ded by Mrs. Kaywood, Redevelopment for Redevelopment Project Alpha were as recommended by the - Executive absent. MOTION CARRIED. 161.158: CONVEYANCE OF REAL PROPERTY (BENTLEY) In accordance with recommendations by the Executive Director, Mrs. Kaywood offered Resolution No. ARA80 -11 for adoption. Refer to Resolution Book. RESOLUTION NO. ARA80 -11 A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY AUTHORIZING CONVEYANCE OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM. (Bentley) Roll Call Vote: AYES: AGENCY MEMBERS: Kaywood, Bay, Roth and Overholt. NOES: AGENCY MEMBERS: None ABSENT: AGENCY MEMBERS: Seymour Chairman Pro Tem Overholt declared Resolution No. ARA80 -11 duly passed and adopted. FINANCIAL STATEMENTS PERIOD ENDING FEBRUARY 29 1980 ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY, APRIL 1, 1980, 1 :00 P.M. 161.123: EXTENSION TO EXCLUSIVE RIGHT TO NEGOTIATE AGREEMENT, MARION AND LEWIS FREEDMAN In accordance with recommendations by the Executive Director, it was moved by Mrs. Kaywood, seconded by Mr. Roth, that the Exclusive Right to Negotiate Agreement between the Agency and Louis and Marion Freedman /Hurst Jewelers by extended for thirty (30) days. Mr. Seymour was absent. MOTION CARRIED. 161.158: RELOCATION CLAIMS AGAINST THE CITY No relocation claims pending over a ninety -day period were reported. 161.118: CLAIM AGAINST THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY On motion by Mrs. Kaywood, seconded by Mr. Bay, Application to Present Late Claim against the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency by Garfield C. Jones, for personal injury damages sustained purportedly on or about November 16, 1979, was denied and referred to staff as recommended by the Agency General Counsel. Mr. Seymour was absent. MOTION CARRIED. ADJOURNMENT There being no further business to come before the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency, Mrs. Kaywood moved to adjourn. Mr. Bay seconded the motion. Mir. Seymour was absent.
