Chairman Seymour called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Rede-
velopment Agency to order.
MINUTES On motion by Mr. Roth, seconded by Mrs. Kaywood, minutes
of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency regular meetings held February
19 and May 13, 1980, were approved. MOTION CARRIED.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY in the
amount of $7,774.09, in accordance with the 1979 -80 Budget, were
approved.
161.123: EXCLUSIVE RIGHT TO NEGOTIATE AGREEMENT EXTENSION -
CALLENDER /GRAHAM In accordance with recommendations by the
Executive Director, it was moved by Mr. Bay, seconded by Mrs. Kay -
wood, that the Exclusive Right to Negotiate Agreement between the
Agency and Callender /Graham, in connection with the sale of the
El Camino Bank Building, be extended for a period of ninety days.
MOTION CARRIED.
Mrs. Kaywood was of the opinion that should a question arise as to
whether it would be more economically feasible to rehabilitate the
interior or the exterior of the E1 Camino Bank Building, the primary
consideration would be the interior portion.
ADJOURNMENT There being no further business to come before the
Anaheim Redevelopment Agency, Mr. Roth moved to adjourn. Mrs. Kay -
wood seconded the motion. MOTION CARRIED.
