Chairman Pro Tem Overholt called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment
Agency to order at 1:08 P.M.
MINUTES On motion by Mrs. Kaywood, seconded by Mr. Overholt, minutes of the
Anaheim Redevelopment Agency regular meetings held May 27 and June 3, 1980, were
approved. Agency Members Bay and Roth abstained from voting on approval of the
May 27, 1980 minutes. Mr. Seymour was absent. MOTION CARRIED.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY in the amount of
$80,915.04, in accordance with the 1979 -80 Budget, were approved.
161.123: FIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT - CONVERSE WARD DAVIS DIXON ASSOCIATES:
In accordance with recommendations by the Executive Director, Mr. Roth moved
that first amendment to agreement between Converse Ward Davis Dixon Associates
and the Agency for Soils Engineering Consulting Services, in the amount of
$11,230 for additional services, be approved and execution thereof by the Agency
Chairman and Secretary be authorized. Mr. Bay seconded the motion. Mr. Seymour
was absent. MOTION CARRIED.
ADJOURNMENT There being no further business to come before the Anaheim
Redevelopment Agency, Mr. Roth moved to adjourn. Mrs. Kaywood seconded the
motion. Mr. Seymour was absent. MOTION CARRIED.
