Hopkins SECRETARY: Linda D. Roberts REDEVELOPMENT MANAGER: Robert Lyons Chairman Pro Tem Overholt called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency to order. MINUTES On motion by Mrs. Kaywood, seconded by Mr. Bay, minutes of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency regular meeting held July 8, 1980, were approved. Mr. Seymour was absent. MOTION CARRIED. FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY in the amount of $825,400.63, in accordance with the 1980 -81 Budget, were approved. 161: MONTHLY STATUS REPORT - JUNE 1980 On motion by Mrs. Kaywood, seconded by Mr. Bay, the Monthly Status Report covering Redevelopment activities for the month of June 1980, was ordered received and filed. Mr. Seymour was absent, MOTION CARRIED. 161.123: AGREEMENT WITH CONVERSE, WARD, DAVIS, DIXON ASSOCIATES - SOIL ENGINEERING SERVICES In accordance with recommendations by the Executive Director, Mrs. Kaywood moved that agreement with Converse, Ward, Davis, Dixon Associates for soil engineering services, in the amount of $15,000, be authorized; said agreement to expire June 30, 1981. Mr. Bay seconded the motion. Mr. Seymour was absent. MOTION CARRIED. 161,1.58: PUBLIC HEARING SALE OF AGENCY -OWNED PERSONAL PROPERTY: Public hearing was held to consider proposed sale of Agency -owned personal property, a 1975 Pontiac Station Wagon, ID 2145W5X125490, type 12S, to the City of Anaheim. Redevelopment Manager Robert Lyons briefed the report by the Executive Director on the proposal. Chairman Pro Tem Overholt asked if anyone wished to address the Redevelop- ment Agency regarding the proposed sale of property, there being no response, he declared the public hearing closed. In accordance with recommendations by the Executive Director, Mrs. Kaywood moved that sale to the City of Anaheim of certain Agency -owned personal property, a 1975 Pontiac Station Wagon, ID 2145W5X125490, type 12S, be .�•. approved, and that the Agency counsel be authorized and directed to pre- pare the necessary sale documents, to be executed by the Executive Director on behalf of the Agency. Mr. Bay seconded the motion. Mr. Sey- mour was absent.
