Chairman Seymour called the regular meeting of the.Anaheim Redevelopment
Agency to order at 1:16 P.M.
MINUTES Approval of minutes was deferred to the next regular meeting.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY in the amount
of $172,251.48, in accordance with the 1980 -81 Budget, were approved.
161.123: AGREEMENT - WEISER KANE BALLMER AND BECKMAN: On report and
.� recommendation by the Executive Director, Mr. Overholt moved that agree-
ment with Weiser, Kane, Ballmer and Beckman for legal services be approved
and that the Chairman and Secretary be authorized to execute said agree-
ment. Mr. Seymour seconded the motion. MOTION CARRIED.
Mr. Roth expressed concern that a precedent might be established by
approval of the agreement with the inclusion of some hourly rate increases
over the two -year period of the agreement.
161.158: RELOCATION CLAIMS AGAINST THE CITY No relocation claims pending
over a ninety -day period were reported.
ADJOURNMENT There being no further business to come before the Anaheim
Redevelopment Agency, Mr. Roth moved to adjourn. Mrs. Kaywood seconded
the motion. MOTION CARRIED.
