Hopkins SECRETARY: Linda D. Roberts EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR: Norman J. Priest Chairman Pro Tem Overholt called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency to order at 1:13 P.M. MINUTES On motion by Mrs. Kaywood, seconded by Mr. Roth, minutes of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency regular meeting held August 26, 1980, were approved. Mr. Overholt abstained from voting. Mr. Seymour was absent. MOTION CARRIED. FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY in the amount of $284,715.79, in accordance with the 1980 -81 Budget, were approved. 161.123: AGREEMENT - JONES HALL HILL AND WHITE: In accordance with recommendations by the Executive Director, Mrs. Kaywood moved that agree- ment for special bond counsel services for the proposed Marks- Foran- Residential Rehabilitation financing program, with Jones, Hall, Hill and White, bond counsel, be approved. Mr. Overholt seconded the motion. Mr. Seymour was absent. MOTION CARRIED. 161.181: PUBLIC HEARING - TRANSFER OF HISTORIC MEMENTOS: Public hearing was held to consider the transfer to the City of Anaheim of certain historic mementos and personal property acquired by the Agency. Chairman Pro Tem Overholt asked if anyone wished to address the Redevelop- ment Agency concerning the proposed transfer. Mrs. Mildred "Midge" Taggart, representing the Anaheim Historic Museum, expressed appreciation to the Redevelopment Agency and advised that it was expected the Andrew Carnegie Library building would shortly be acquired for museum purposes. The Chairman Pro Tem asked if anyone else wished to speak; there being no response, he declared the public hearing closed. Mrs. Kaywood offered Resolution No. ARA80 -29 for adoption. Refer to .... Resolution Book. RESOLUTION NO. ARA80 -29 A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY APPROVING THE TRANSFER OF CERTAIN HISTORIC MEMENTOS TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM. 80 -73 ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY SEPTEMBER 9 1980 1:00 P.M. Roll Call Vote: AYES: AGENCY MEMBERS: Kaywood, Bay, Roth and Overholt NOES: AGENCY MEMBERS: None ABSENT: AGENCY MEMBERS: Seymour Chairman Pro Tem Overholt declared Resolution No. ARA80 -29 duly passed and adopted. ADJOURNMENT There being no further business to come before the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency, Mrs. Kaywood moved to adjourn. Mr. Bay seconded the motion. Mr. Seymour was absent. MOTION CARRIED.
