Chairman Seymour called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment
Agency to order at 1:04 p.m.
MINUTES On motion by Mrs. Kaywood, seconded by Mr. Overholt, minutes
of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency regular meetings held December 16
and 23, 1980, were approved. MOTION CARRIED.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY in the amount
of $4,414.72, in accordance with the 1980 -81 Budget, were approved.
161.128: FINANCIAL STATEMENTS, PERIOD ENDING NOVEMBER 30 1980 On
motion. by Mr. Roth, seconded by Mrs. Kaywood, Redevelopment Agency
Financial Statements for Redevelopment Project Alpha were ordered
received and filed, as recommended by the Executive Director. MOTION
CARRIED.
161: REPORT - FIRE DAMAGE 106 NORTH CLAUDINA STREET Mr. Priest
briefly reported on damage to the Housing Authority and Neighborhood
Preservation Offices at 106 North Claudina Street, caused by a fire of
electrical origin on December 29, 1980. Relocation of the offices to
another portion of the building was underway and they should be back
in operation by the end of the week.
ADJOURNMENT There being no further business to come before the Anaheim
Redevelopment Agency, Mr. Overhold moved to adjourn. Mrs. Kaywood
seconded the motion. MOTION CARRIED.
