Hopkins SECRETARY: Linda D. Roberts EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR: Norman J. Priest Chairman Seymour called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency to order at 1:14 p.m. MINUTES Approval of minutes was deferred to the next regular meeting. FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY in the amount of $52,616.62, in accordance with the 1980 -81 Budget, were approved. 161.123: AMENDME TO AGREEMENT - WILBUR SMITH & ASSOCIATES: In accord- ance with report and recommendation by the Executive Director, Mr. Bay moved that amendment to agreement with Wilbur Smith & Associates dated April 26, 1977, to provide for maximum annual compensation of $25,000 for various traffic consulting services, be authorized. Mr. Overholt seconded the motion. MOTION CARRIED. 161.123: EXTENSION OF PERFORMANCE SCHEDULE - LEO FREEDMAN DISPOSITION AND DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT It was moved by'Mr. Roth, seconded by Mrs. Kaywood, that Schedule of Performance in the Disposition and Develop- ment Agreement with Leo Freedman for construction of a theatre facility be extended to May 2, 1981, for submittal of final construction drawings, as recommended by the Community Redevelopment Commission. MOTION CARRIED. 161.128: FINANCIAL STATEMENTS PERIOD ENDING JANUARY 31 1981 On motion by Mr. Bay, seconded by Mr. Roth, Redevelopment Agency Financial State- ments for Redevelopment Project Alpha were ordered received and filed, as recommended by the Executive Director. MOTION CARRIED. 161.121: CONDEMNATION HEARING Condemnation hearing was scheduled this date to consider the acquisition of property owned by Pacific Telephone Company, generally located at 121 and 125 North Clementine Street (south- west corner of Chartres and Clementine Streets). In accordance with recommendations by Mr. Priest, Mrs. Kaywood moved that said hearing be continued one week (March 24, 1981, 1:00 p.m.) Mr. Over- holt seconded the motion. MOTION CARRIED. 81 -26 ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY MARCH 17, 1981, 1:00 P.M._ - ADJOURNMENT There being no further business to come before the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency, Mrs. Kaywood moved to adjourn.
