Roberts REDEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR: Robert Lyons Chairman Seymour called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency to order at 1:41 p.m. MINUTES On motion by Mrs. Kaywood, seconded by Mr. Bay, minutes of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency regular meetings held April 28 and May 25, 1981, were approved. MOTION CARRIED. FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY in the amount of $18,775.56, in accordance with the 1980-81 Budget, were approved. 161.137: PUBLIC OFFICIALS ERRORS AND OMISSIONS INSURANCE COVERAGE In accordance with recommendations by the Executive Director, Mrs. Kaywood moved that Public Officials Errors and Omissions Insurance coverage for Agency Members be authorized in the amount of $3,154 for the first year premium. Mr. Bay seconded the motion. MOTION CARRIED. 161.123: EXTENSION TO EXCLUSIVE RIGHT TO NEGOTIATE AGREEMENT VILLAGE CENTER ASSOCIATES Pursuant to recommendations by the Executive Director, Mrs. Kaywood moved that a 90 -day extension of time through August 23, 1981, to Exclusive Right to Negotiate Agreement between Village Center Associates and the Agency, be approved (Redevelopment Parcel 4 -a). Mr. Overholt seconded the motion. MOTION CARRIED. 161.123: EXTENSION TO EXCLUSIVE RIGHT TO NEGOTIATE AGREEMENT - ANAHEIM CHAMBER OF COMMERCE BUILDING INC. On motion by Mr. Roth, seconded by Mr. Bay, a 90 -day extension of time through August 23, 1981, to Exclu- sive Right to Negotiate Agreement between the Anaheim Chamber of Commerce Building, Inc. and the Agency, was approved as recommended by the Executive Director. MOTION CARRIED. 161: INSTALLMENT SALE FINANCING - MASONIC TEMPLE ASSOCIATION OF ANAHEIM: Mr. Lyons briefly outlined the Executive Director's report dated May 13, 1981, recommending the authorization of installment sale financing for the purpose of providing for the construction, development and financing of certain retail, office and meeting facilities by the Masonic Temple Association of Anaheim. 81 -44 ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY, MAY 19, 1981, 1:00 P.M. In accordance with recommendations by the Executive Director, Mr. Roth offered Resolution No. ARA81 -12 for adoption. Refer to Resolution Book, RESOLUTION NO. ARA81 -12 A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY AUTHORIZING INSTALLATION SALE FINANCING FOR THE PURPOSE OF PRO- VIDING FOR THE CONSTRUCTION, DEVELOPMENT AND FINANCING OF CERTAIN RETAIL, OFFICE AND MEETING FACILITIES BY THE MASONIC TEMPLE ASSOCIATION OF ANAHEIM. Roll Call Vote: AYES: AGENCY MEMBERS: Overholt, Kaywood, Bay, Roth and Seymour NOES: AGENCY MEMBERS: None ABSENT: AGENCY MEMBERS: None Chairman Seymour declared Resolution No. ARA81 -12 duly passed and adopted.
