Chairman Seymour called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment
Agency to order at 1:32 p.m.
MINUTES Approval of minutes was deferred to the next regular meeting.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY in the amount
of $48,058.05, in accordance with the 1981 -82 Budget, were approved.
161.123: AGREEMENT FOR LEGAL SERVICES - RICKS AND RICKS In accordance
with recommendations by the Executive Director, Mrs. Kaywood moved that ....
Third Agreement with Ricks and Ricks for legal services in connection with
the Project Area Committee, for the period of time commencing July 1, 1981
through June 30, 1982, be authorized. Mr. Overholt seconded the motion.
MOTION CARRIED.
161.123: AGREEMENT FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES - WILLDAN ASSOCIATES:
Mr. Roth moved that a Fourth Agreement with Willdan Associates for engin-
eering services to the Agency, in an amount not to exceed $125,000, be
authorized as recommended by the Executive Director. Mrs. Kaywood
seconded the motion. MOTION CARRIED.
161.158: RELOCATION CLAIMS AGAINST THE CITY No relocation claims
pending over a ninety -day period were reported.
ADJOURNMENT There being no further business to come before-the Anaheim
Redevelopment Agency, Mrs. Kaywood moved to adjourn. Mr. Bay seconded
the motion. MOTION CARRIED.
