Sohl REDEVELOPMENT MANAGER: Robert Lyons Chairman Seymour called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency to order at 1:50 p.m. MINUTES Approval of minutes was deferred to the next regular meeting. FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT'AGENCY in the amount of $10,139, in accordance with the 1981 -82 Budget, were approved. 161.149: FINAL ACCEPTANCE, TEMPORARY PARKING LOT IMPROVEMENT - CONTRACT D81 -4 '-" In accordance with the certificate filed by the Executive Director, Mr. Bay offered Resolution No. ARA81 -23 for adoption, accepting the temporary parking lot improvement work performed on the block located between Anaheim Boulevard and Claudina Street, north of "Old" Lincoln Avenue, for Contract No. D81 -4 and directing the Agency Secretary to file a Notice of Completion; R. J. Noble Company, Contractor. Refer to Resolution Book. RESOLUTION NO. ARA81 -23 A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY ACCEPTING THE COMPLETION AND FURNISHING OF ALL PLANT, LABOR, SERVICES, MATERIALS AND EQUIPMENT AND ALL UTILITIES AND TRANSPORTATION INCLUDING POWER, FUEL AND WATER, AND THE PERFORMANCE OF ALL WORK NECESSARY TO COMPLETE A WORK OF IMPROVEMENT. (Contract No. D81 -4; R. J. Noble Co.) Roll Call Vote: AYES: AGENCY MEMBERS: Overholt, Kaywood, Bay, Roth and Seymour NOES: AGENCY MEMBERS: None ABSENT: AGENCY MEMBERS: None Chairman Seymour declared Resolution No. ARA81 -23 duly passed and adopted. 161.158: SALE OF FIXTURES AND EQUIPMENT, SALE NO. 81 -1 In accordance with recommendation by the Executive Director, Mrs. Kaywood offered Resolution No. ARA81 -24 for adoption, accepting the highest respective bid as submitted by Jim Ort, Century 21 Action Association, in the amount of $1,700, for fixtures and equipment acquired by the Agency; directing Agency Counsel to prepare the necessary documents for award and sale therefor; and authorizing the Executive Director to execute same. (Sale No. 81 -1) Refer to Resolution Book. 81 -80 ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY, AUGUST 18, 1981, 1:00 P.M. RESOLUTION NO. ARA81 -24 A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY ACCEPTING THE HIGHEST RESPECTIVE BIDS FOR PURCHASE OF FIXTURES AND EQUIPMENT, AND DIRECTING THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR TO EXECUTE BILLS OF SALE THERETO, ON BEHALF OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY. (Sales No. 81 -1) Roll Call Vote: AYES: AGENCY MEMBERS: Overholt, Kaywood, Bay, Roth and Seymour NOES: AGENCY MEMBERS: None ABSENT: AGENCY MEMBERS: None Chairman Seymour declared Resolution No. ARA81 -24 duly passed and adopted. 161.123: EXTENSION TO EXCLUSIVE RIGHT TO NEGOTIATE AGREEMENT - VILLAGE CENTER ASSOCIATES In accordance with recommendations submitted by the Executive Director, Mr. Roth moved that extension to the Exclusive Right to Negotiate Agreement with Village Center Associates be granted for a 60 -day period, through October 22, 1981, for development of Redevelopment Parcel 4a. Mr. Overholt seconded the motion. MOTION CARRIED. 161.123: EXTENSION TO EXCLUSIVE RIGHT TO NEGOTIATE AGREEMENT - ANAHEIM CHAMBER OF COMMERCE In accordance with recommendations submitted by the Executive Director, Mr. Overholt moved that extension to the Exclusive Right to Negotiate Agreement with the Anaheim Chamber of Commerce Building, Inc., for a 90 -day period, through November 21, 1981, for development of Redevel- opment Parcel 4b, be approved. Mrs. Kaywood seconded the motion. MOTION CARRIED. 161: MONTHLY STATUS REPORT —JULY 1981 On motion by Mr. Roth, seconded by Mr. Bay, the Monthly Status Report covering Redevelopment activities for the month of July 1981, was ordered received and filed. MOTION CARRIED. ADJOURNMENT There being no further business to come before the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency, Mrs. Kaywood moved to adjourn. Mr. Overholt seconded the motion. MOTION CARRIED.
