Priest Chairman Seymour called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency to order at 1:15 p.m. MINUTES Approval of minutes was deferred to the next regular meeting. FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY No financial demands were reported. 161.107: AWARD OF CONTRACT NO. D81 -5 - DEMOLITION AND SITE CLEARANCE In accordance with the recommendations by the Executive Director, Mrs. Kaywood offered Resolution No. ARA81 -25 for adoption, awarding Contract No. D81 -5 for site clearing, grading and perimeter improvements for a parcel of land generally bounded by Claudina Street, Cypress Street Anaheim Boulevard and Lincoln Avenue (realigned) to the low bidder, Five States Plumbing, Inc., in the amount of $54,639.43; and in the event low bidder fails to post required bonds or insurance, awarding said con- tract to the second low bidder, A & C General Engineering Contractors, in the amount of $70,591.05. Refer to Resolution Book. RESOLUTION NO. ARA81 -25 A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY ACCEPTING A SEALED PROPOSAL AND AWARDING A CONTRACT TO THE LOWEST RESPON- SIBLE BIDDER FOR SITE CLEARANCE AND GRADING AND CONSTRUCTION OF PERIMETER IMPROVEMENT FOR CERTAIN AGENCY PROPERTIES. (Contract D -81 -5; $54,639.43, Five States Plumbing, Inc.) Roll Call Vote: AYES: AGENCY MEMBERS: Overholt, Kaywood, Roth and Seymour NOES: AGENCY MEMBERS: None ABSENT: AGENCY MEMBERS: Bay Chairman Seymour declared Resolution No. ARA81 -25 duly passed and adopted. 161.123: CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION - EL CAMINO BUSINESS CENTER Upon report and recommendation by the Executive Director, Mrs. Kaywood moved that the issuance of a Certificate of Completion for the E1 Camino Business Center be authorized (Robert Bentley property, located at the northeast corner of Harbor Boulevard and Lincoln Avenue). Mr. Overholt seconded the motion. Mr. Bay was absent. MOTION CARRIED. 81 -87 ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY, SEPTEMBER 15, 1981, 1:00 P.M. ADJOURNMENT There being no further business to come before the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency, Mr. Roth moved to adjourn. Mrs. Kaywood seconded the motion. Mr. Bay was absent. MOTION CARRIED.
