Priest Chairman Pro Tem Roth called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevel- opment Agency to order at 1:00 p.m. MINUTES On motion by Mrs. Kaywood, seconded by Mr. Overholt, minutes of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency regular meetings held August 18 and 25, 1981, were approved. Mr. Overholt abstained from voting on the August 25 minutes. Messrs.Bay and Seymour were absent. MOTION CARRIED. DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY in the amount of $381,648.39, in accordance with the 1981 -82 Budget, were approved. 161.107: AWARD OF CONTRACT NO. D81 -3 - SITE CLEARANCE AND GRADING: In accordance with recommendations by the Executive Director, Mrs. Kaywood offered Resolution No. ARA81 -26 for adoption, awarding Contract No. D81 -3 for site clearance and grading work in conjunction with the Neighborhood Preservation Program within Redevelopment Project Alpha, property located on the east side of Olive Street, approximately 100 feet north of realigned Lincoln Avenue, to the low bidder, Five States Plumbing, Inc., in the amount of $2,687. Refer to Resolution Book. RESOLUTION NO. ARA81 -26 A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY ACCEPTING A SEALED PROPOSAL AND AWARDING A CONTRACT TO THE LOWEST RESPON- SIBLE BIDDER FOR GRADING AND SITE CLEARANCE OF CERTAIN AGENCY PROPERTIES. (Contract No. D81 -3; $2,687, Five States Plumbing, Inc.) Roll Call Vote: AYES: AGENCY MEMBERS: Overholt, Kaywood and Roth NOES: AGENCY MEMBERS: None ABSENT: AGENCY MEMBERS: Bay and Seymour Chairman Pro Tem Roth declared Resolution No. ARA81 -26 duly passed and adopted. 161.107: AWARD OF CONTRACT NO. D81 -8 - OILING OF CLEARED PARCEL Pursuant to recommendations by the Executive Director, Mrs. Kaywood offered Resolution No. ARA81 -27 for adoption, awarding Contract No. D81 -8 for oiling of a cleared parcel of land located between Helena Street and Lemon Street, north of Lincoln Avenue, to the low bidder, R. J. Noble Company in the amount of $4,070. Refer to Resolution Book. 81 -89 ANAHEIM REDE VELOPMENT AGENCY, SEPTEMBER 22, 1981, 1:00 P.M. RESOLUTION NO. ARA81 -27 A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY ACCEPTING A SEALED PROPOSAL AND AWARDING A CONTRACT TO THE LOWEST RESPONSIBLE BIDDER FOR GRADING AND SITE CLEARANCE OF CERTAIN AGENCY PROPERTIES. (Contract No. D81 -3; $4,070, R. J.
