Anaheim Civic Center, REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY MINUTES
October 6, 1981, 1:00 P.M.

Chairman Seymour called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment
Agency to order at 1:00 p.m.
MINUTES: Mrs. Kaywood moved to approve the minutes of the regular meetings
held June 23 and September 1, 1981. Mr. Overholt seconded the motion. Mr.
Roth abstained on the minutes of June 23rd since he was not present. MOTION
CARRIED.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY in the amount of
5,034.99, in accordance with the 1981 -82 Budget, were approved.
161.158: RELOCATION COSTS - CASE NO. ARAOB -587: On motion by Mr. Roth,
seconded by Mrs. Kaywood, payment of relocation costs was authorized in an
amount not to exceed $23,000 in Case No. ARA OB -587, as recommended by
Executive Director Norm Priest in his memorandum dated September 23, 1981.
MOTION CARRIED.
161: MONTHLY STATUS REPORT - AUGUST 1981: Mrs. Kaywood moved to receive and
file the Monthly Status Report for the month of August 1981. Mr. Bay seconded
the motion. MOTION CARRIED.
161.158: RELOCATION CLAIMS: Mr. Priest reported that there were no
relocation claims pending over a ninety -day period.
ADJOURNMENT: Mrs. Kaywood moved to adjourn. Mr. Overholt seconded the
motion. MOTION CARRIED. (1:38 P.M.)
