Roberts EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR: Norm Priest Chairman Seymour called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency to order at 1:10 p.m. MINUTES: Mrs. Kaywood moved to approve the minutes of the regular meetings held October 6 and October 13, 1981. Mr. Bay seconded the motion. Mr. Overholt was absent. MOTION CARRIED. FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY in the amount of 11,234.92, in accordance with the 1981 -82 Budget, were approved. 161.107: CONTRACT AWARD FOR HOUSE MOVING - CONTRACT D81 -6: Mrs. Kaywood offered Resolution No. ARA81 -33 for adoption, accepting the low bid of A. A. Jet Housemovers, Inc., in the amount of $14,800, to move the Agency structure from 502 East Lincoln Avenue to 206 North Olive Street and site clearance and grading at 502 East Lincoln Avenue (Contract No. D81 -6); and in the event the low bidder fails to post the required bonds or insurance, accept the second low bid of Snow House Movers, Inc., in the amount of $24,820, as recommended in memorandum dated August 4, 1981, from Executive Director of Community Development Norm Priest. Refer to Resolution Book. RESOLUTION NO. ARA81 -33: A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY ACCEPTING A SEALED PROPOSAL AND AWARDING A CONTRACT TO THE LOWEST RESPONSIBLE BIDDER FOR DEMOLITION AND CLEARANCE OF CERTAIN AGENCY PROPERTIES. Roll Call Vote: AYES: AGENCY MEMBERS: Kaywood, Bay, Roth and Seymour NOES: AGENCY MEMBERS: None ABSENT: AGENCY MEMBERS: Overholt Chairman Seymour declared Resolution No. ARA81 -33 duly passed and adopted. 161.128: QUARTERLY AUDIT REPORT FOR REDEVELOPMENT RELOCATION ACCOUNT: Mr. Bay moved to receive and file the Quarterly Audit Report for the Redevelopment Relocation Account for the period covering July 1 to September 30, 1981. Mr. Roth seconded the motion. Mr. Overholt was absent. MOTION CARRIED. ADJOURNMENT: Mrs. Kaywood moved to adjourn. Mr. Bay seconded the motion. Mr. Overholt was absent. MOTION CARRIED. (1:13 P.M.)
