Chairman Seymour called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment
Agency to order at 1:10 p.m.
MINUTES: Approval of the minutes was deferred to the next regular meeting.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY in the amount of
$618.78, in accordance with the 1981 -82 Budget, were approved.
161.123: EXCLUSIVE RIGHT TO NEGOTIATE AGREEMENT - MAZZA PROPERTIES: Mr. Roth
moved to extend the Exclusive Right to Negotiate agreement with Mazza
Properties, Inc., for a six -month period through May 24, 1982 as recommended
in memorandum dated December 2, 1981 from Executive Director of Community
Development Norm Priest. Mrs. Kaywood seconded the motion. MOTION CARRIED.
ADJOURNMENT: Mr. Overholt moved to adjourn. Mrs. Kaywood seconded the
motion. MOTION CARRIED. (1:12 P.M.)
