Anaheim Civic Center, REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY MINUTES won,
December 15, 1981, 1:00 P.M.

Chairman Seymour called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment
Agency to order at 1:22 p.m.
MINUTES: Mrs. Kaywood moved to approve the minutes of the regular meetings
held November 24 and December 1, 1981. Mr. Roth seconded the motion. Messrs.
Overholt and Seymour abstained on the minutes of November 24 since they were
not present. MOTION CARRIED.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY in the amount of
27,909.77, in accordance with the 1981 -82 Budget, were approved.
161.149: SELECTION OF AN ARCHITECT /DESIGN CONSULTANT FOR DOWNTOWN PARKING
STRUCTURE: Mr. Bay moved to accept the proposal by Group Forum Associates for
architect /design services of a downtown parking structure to be located on the
north side of "Old" Lincoln Avenue, east of the E1 Camino Building, and
directing staff to prepare an agreement therefor in an amount not to exceed
4.18 percent of the construction cost, as recommended in memorandum dated
December 9, 1981 from Executive Director of Community Development Norman J.
Priest. Mr. Overholt seconded the motion. MOTION CARRIED.
ADJOURNMENT: Mr. Overholt moved to adjourn. Mr. Roth seconded the motion.
