Sohl DIRECTOR OF COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT: Lisa Stipkovich A complete copy of the agenda for the tweeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency was posted at 4:32 p. m. on February 19, 1990 at the Civic Center kiosk, containing all items as shown herein. Chairman Hunter called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency to order at 5:55 p.m. MINUTES: Approval of the minutes was deferred to the next regular meeting. FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY in the amount of $69,939.58, in accordance with the 1989 -90 budget, were approved. 161.123: APPROVING TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF COOPERATION AGREEMENT NO. 74: Submitted was report dated February 6, 1990 from the Community Development Department, recommended approval of the subject agreement. Agency Member Hunter offered Resolution No. ARA90 -6 for adoption, approving the terms and conditions of Cooperation Agreement No. 74 for right -of -way and public improvements with the City of Anaheim. The area involved is bounded by Cypress Street, Olive Street, Broadway and Atchison Street; and Center Street from Olive to Anaheim Boulevard. Refer to Resolution Book. RESOLUTION N0, ARA90 -6: A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF COOPERATION AGREEMENT NO. 74 FOR RIGHT OF WAY AND PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS WITH THE CITY OF ANAHEIM.
